Back At You hopes everyone is staying safe & healthy amidst these uncertain times, and our hearts go out to anyone impacted by COVID-19 worldwide. Although these are unprecedented times for any industry, but especially one that thrives on community, collaboration, and partnership, we would like to take this opportunity to express that Back At You is here and prepared to more meaningfully support our extended family of agents and brokers in the coming months.
While the forecast for the future is unclear, the current measures in place within the United States allow for the opportunity to rediscover some old, yet cherished habits: enjoying the comfort of our own homes, reading more books, trying new recipes, giving our pets extra hugs, and above all, changing our perspective and approach to the little things we take for granted. This could mean spending quality time with our families, appreciating our own and others’ health, practicing true self care, and taking advantage of the modern technologies that allow us to stay connected without leaving our homes.
Remember: You are experts within your community, and now more than ever it’s important to be a good neighbor. Thankfully, the internet allows for human connectivity to extend far beyond our physical location. Practicing social distancing and talking real estate don’t have to be mutually exclusive concepts with the power of technology. This week, a CRE survey of corporate real estate professionals indicates that amidst the pandemic, 76% of them are already expanding use of virtual meetings versus face-to-face meetings. Through harnessing the power of social media and live video chat software such as Facebook Live and Zoom, real estate professionals can host virtual consultations, listing presentations, showings, and Q&A sessions with their clients without leaving their home.
We are witnessing many of you turn to social media in response to this uncertainty, and take comfort in knowing you can connect with your community through digital means. No matter your objectives, Back At You is here to help. If you have any questions or want additional information, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Like the outline in our logo implies: Our focus is on YOU. We want to highlight our commitment to you by making sure you have the best technology, the training you require, and the support you deserve. We’ve always valued your support, and do so even more at a time like this.
