Back At You officially announces the release of new Virtual Open House technology for real estate professionals which aims at safely increasing open house attendance all while navigating the social distancing restrictions that halted previously customary in-person tours. Integrated seamlessly within Back At You’s Social Media Center, the new Virtual Open House tool allows for human connectivity to extend far beyond our physical location where practicing social distancing and talking real estate don’t have to be mutually exclusive concepts. Although local & statewide stay-at-home orders necessitate this feature in the short term, agents who prefer broadening their reach beyond physical proximity can utilize Back At You’s Virtual Open House feature in the long term as well.

Back At You’s feature modernizes the open house process by allowing users to schedule a live stream using Zoom, Google Hangouts, Facebook, YouTube, or the online communication service of their choice to host an online walkthrough of the listing. In addition to a live stream option, Back At You clients can also schedule virtual pre-recorded open houses by providing a URL of a previously recorded tour.
