Facebook Messaging Update: Instant Replies

This morning we noticed a new feature on our Back At You Media business page. Facebook has given you the option to create an autoreply when someone sends your business page a private message. This new feature will eliminate the need to constantly monitor your business page inbox. The Instant Reply will assure people that you appreciate their message and will get back to them ASAP.

As you can see below, you can customize an autoreply, but you can also now customize how your message response time is displayed on your profile. So if you respond to private messages quickly and you want people to know, you can adjust it to say that you typically respond in minutes, hours, a few hours, or a day.
